We do not rent out the church for outside weddings. Weddings at Bethany are performed by the Pastors here who require that couples come to pre-marital counseling sessions with the pastor.
Individuals or community organizations need to fill out the “Request for Use of Church Facility” form and have it approved by the Bethany Office.
Prices for rental - In the Main Building: the Sanctuary $75/hour, Fellowship Hall $30/hour; Adult Lounge $25/hour and other class rooms $20/hour. In the Ministry Center – the Gym is $30 hour; Vlahn Room - $25/hour, other class rooms $20/hour.
To order flowers for the sanctuary on a specific Sunday, a request must be made with the following information: Name of Person ordering flowers, address, phone number, and date of placement. Please indicate whether you wish to order one flower stand ($30) or two placed on the altar ($60).
If the flowers are a “Dedication” – in memory of, or in honor of, and who it is given by. You may also send the information via
as long as all information is sent. The flowers will be ordered and the florist will bill the person directly after the flowers are placed.
You may request to make an announcement in the Sunday Bulletin or a Messenger Article for the month. Please send the information to
and explain who is making the request, the daytime phone number and what Committee/Group is wishing to put in the announcement and what the announcement is to say.
Deadline for Bulletin Announcements is the Wednesday morning of the week of the announcement.
Deadline for Messenger articles/announcements is the 15th of the month previous to the newsletter publication.
